Field trees

A few trees dug from my growing field this year. They are about 5 years old from a seedling. Now the fun starts !

Update on the mume that was in the Bonsai -Art show. It smells great!

I  used a flat brick when I planted this five years ago. I have a nice flare in the trunk.

Two from one

I have had this Juniper for many years. I could not figure out what to do with it. Bam it hit me last year. Make two out of it. Now I can see the future of these two trees.

Winter Bonsai show

Next week myself and the Fresno Bonsai Society will team up with the Art faculty at Fresno City College for a winter bonsai Exhibit. We will have 15 trees displayed in the winter silhouette along with art work. Please join us . The tree in the picture is an ume" Flowering apricot" I hope ot opens for the show!
